Project Management – We will assist you in your project needs by developing scopes, obtaining quotes, developing budgets, preparing capital requests, presenting the project to management for funding and preparing purchasing documents to assist the owners. We also manage projects from design through startup.

Design – We design the installation of process equipment for heavy industry. In addition we design upgrades and repairs to existing equipment or facilities.

Maintenance / Construction Support – We monitor construction, develop and manage punch lists, perform equipment inspections (comparing equipment to construction drawings on arrival), perform installation quality checks, monitor safety during construction and other quality checks as deemed necessary. In addition we design and document field changes. We will inspect equipment and determine any needed repairs. REC will also plan the required repair by determining the required replacement parts, new pieces of equipment, the manpower needed and the amount of time needed to complete the repair.

Drawing Services – We perform on-site management of drawing systems. We coordinate the transfer of drawings between engineers, clients, contractors and vendors. We provide drafting services and other engineering assistance.

Investigative Engineering -

Expert Witness – Within our areas of expertise we will provide testimony or depositions for legal proceedings.
